Company ELMAX ŽILINA, a.s. has been operating on the market since 1993, has production facilities of almost 10,000 m2 and employs approximately 140 employees. Its activities can be divided into three areas: Electrical production – production of low-voltage switchboards for use in construction, energy, machinery and technological equipment, production lines, control of technological processes, etc. Certification and authorization for production according to UL standards authorize ELMAX ŽILINA to produce switchboards that meet the standards and requirements of not only the European but also the American market. Sheet metal production – production of sheet metal parts and assemblies based on drawings, which is based on the company's comprehensive equipment with advanced sheet metal processing technologies, enabling all necessary operations to be performed in the production of individual parts – from the initial division of input materials by laser cutting or punching, through bending, welding, painting to the application of foamed polyurethane gaskets. Production of laminar flow boxes, filtration and extraction devices, within which the ELMAX ŽILINA company has developed and launched a range of devices intended for use in medicine, pharmacy, in development in the field of Life science, food, chemical, mechanical engineering industries, etc. Unlike our electrical and metal production, where production is carried out according to the documentation supplied by customers, here all stages of the life cycle of each device, i.e. from design, development, through construction and creation of production documentation, the actual production, installation and commissioning at the customer's premises to after-sales service, take place internally - exclusively within the company's own capacities. For many years, ELMAX ŽILINA has had a certified quality management system according to ISO 9001 and an environmental certificate ISO14001, which help document the quality of work and products in all areas and provide a basis for its continuous improvement. In addition to CE certificates for the European market, ELMAX ŽILINA is also a holder of UL certificates, which allows the company's products to be placed on the US and Canadian markets. In addition to the above, the company also applies other principles of social responsibility in business and constantly invests in technological equipment and workforce development, while emphasizing building long-term relationships.
