In the programming period 2021 - 2027, SARIO is implementing the activities of the national project Support for the Internationalisation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises 2 (national project).

What the national project offers

Slovak micro, small and medium-sized enterprises* can present their product range and business offers thanks to non-financial and financial support (vouchers):

Non-financial support:

- trade fairs and exhibitions abroad

- trade missions abroad and in Slovakia

- cooperation events in Slovakia

Financial support - support in the form of vouchers

- individual participation in international trade fairs and exhibitions

Through the Supply Chain Development activity

o we introduce foreign entities to the activities of Slovak SMEs

o we carry out/ networking.

SMEs can also benefit from expert advice through the Export Academy's webinars and seminars on foreign trade.

News from the national project

Based on the success of the previous project (2017 - 2023), the current national project continues all the implemented activities, but extends support to SMEs based in the Bratislava region.

In addition, it introduces a new instrument in the form of financial vouchers through which individual participation in international trade fairs is supported.

*The target group consists of Slovak SMEs with up to 250 employees and an annual turnover of up to EUR 50 million and/or an annual balance sheet total of up to EUR 43 million.

The interactive supplier chain system was created as part of the national project "Support for the internationalization of SMEs", which is implemented within the framework of the Operational Program Integrated Infrastructure, priority axis 11, investment priority 3b, specific objective 11.2 focused on increasing the internationalization of SMEs and the use of opportunities of the EU single market.
